A duly constituted governing body manages the Janpragati Education Society. The society is registered under society registration act XXI of 1866 rule vide registration No. 1398. The Engineering institution was established in 2008 with a motto of imparting value based education in the field of Engineering and provides the services to the welfare of mankind.

Mr. Kishore Jadwani, Chairman of the society is Pharmacy graduate from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar, M.P., which is the renowned Institute of Pharmacy education in the country. He is also a qualified approved chemist from Food and Drug Administration (M.P.) He belongs to reputed business family of Raipur, which runs wholesale and retail pharmacy trade under the umbrella of " Laxmi Medical Group". Besides this he is also engaged in manufacturing of petrochemical and telecommunication products under the name of Columbia Petrochemicals.

Secretary of the society Mr. Harjeet Singh Hura is holding masters degree in Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Chemistry from Dr. Hari Singh Gour University, Sagar (M.P.). He is experience in the field of Pharma production (with Ranbaxy Pharma), sales (with Alembic Pharma) and as chemist for last thirteen years in Raipur. Now he is utilizing his skill and knowledge to develop the Institute of pharmacy.
